Our Leadership
Meghan Perez is the founder of Mission Point Consulting, a strategy-focused consultancy that supports purpose-driven missions through intentional planning, systems thinking, and narrative development.
She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, and Lean Six Sigma trained. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed care and risk management practices, and she brings a unique systems lens to every engagement. Meghan is currently completing her graduate studies at Johns Hopkins University, with a concentration in Quality Systems Quality Engineering, where she is advancing her expertise in sustainable process improvement, implementation science, and strategic alignment.
In addition to her consulting work, Meghan is a two-time best-selling author, known for helping leaders and changemakers articulate their stories with clarity and confidence.
